Fast and simple lunch

I was amazed by how easy lunch actually can be. Today, I hadn't any leftovers to bring to work, so I just took what I found in the fridge and drawers. And the result? Canned black beans, corn and a half cabbage!

It was super practical, like a snack, but kept me full for the following 4 hours. If you don't like eating too often, I'd recommend having some nuts or seeds to keep you fuller longer. And bread. And anything you can come up with.
