why does this blog exist?

At this point, it might not be so revolutionary, but the truth is that what we eat really affects how we feel and think. Hell, the gut is actually called our second brain. A key element in this relationship is seen to be the bacteria living in our gut. The research is extensive - just look for yourself. An example could be this article(1), investigating the effects of prebiotics (feeding positive gut bacteria) on emotions, and adding substance to the already broad literature. Just a tiny piece of the puzzle. And exactly everything, that's going on in research regarding this, will not be the focus here.

The focus with this blog is more functional. To make feeding these good gut bacterias practical. Which means suitable for every situation in our daily life.
